Escape Haven in Bali seeks an Operations Admin to support the daily operations of the Operations Manager. You will manage the Villa Driver schedule, coordinate guest transport and tours, and oversee vehicle maintenance to ensure smooth resort operations.

The role requires English proficiency, computer literacy, and careful data management. You will also handle inventory updates in the operations area and prepare routine reports for management.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an Operations Admin or similar in hospitality.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Computer literate.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
• Number of candidates required: 1 (one) person

Responsibilities

• Manage the schedule of Villa Driver.
• Assist and coordinate guest transport and guest tour.
• Maintains the Resort vehicle by regularly servicing and maintenance.
• Manage inventory level and update stock in operations area.
• Prepare and filing the reports.
