Job summary

Butler Management in Bali, Indonesia is seeking an experienced Admin Relations professional to act as the bridge between management and property owners, coordinating operations and guest services.

You will draft contracts, ensure compliance with business processes and legal requirements, and work to persuade villa and lodging owners to entrust hospitality management to the company. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• More than 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Fresh graduates in relevant fields are welcome to apply.
• Have good communication skills, able to build good relationships with fellow team members and management.
• Able to solve problems in the work environment in the most effective and efficient way.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Bridge management with property owners as an admin liaison.
• Draft contracts meeting business processes and legal requirements.
• Persuade property owners to have hospitality services managed by the company.
• Communicate with guests and the operations department via WhatsApp, Telegram, email, meetings, and calls.
