Job summary

Balinest Villa Management in Bali is seeking an Operational Supervisor to coordinate daily villa operations, ensuring guest-ready properties and smooth check-in/check-out processes.

You will lead Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance and other teams, monitor performance, enforce SOPs, liaise with vendors, and report to management on daily operations.

This role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and delivering high service quality across our villa portfolio.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate daily villa operations.
• Monitor and coordinate Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other operational teams.
• Ensure villas are clean, well-maintained, and ready for guest arrival.
• Monitor guest check-in and check-out processes and assist with guest requests or complaints.
• Conduct regular property inspections and follow up on operational issues.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when maintenance or operational support is required.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, and daily work schedules.
• Ensure company SOPs and service standards are properly implemented.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to management.
• Assist management in solving operational issues and improving service quality.
• Support the team in maintaining good communication and teamwork.
• Perform other operational tasks as assigned by management.

Responsibilities
