Job summary

StayOps is seeking an Operations Leader in Bali to coordinate guest relations, villa management, housekeeping, and maintenance across multiple properties. You will work with PMS platforms like Guesty and Hostaway and manage calendars, guest communications, and service providers.

The role requires initiative, strong problem‑solving, and the ability to take ownership while working independently to ensure smooth daily operations for StayOps’ villas in Bali.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, hotel operations, short‑term rentals, reservations, or similar.
• Experience with PMS platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway.
• Experience with OTA platforms like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate reservations across platforms (Guesty, Hostaway, Airbnb, Booking.com).
• Ensure calendars, availability, and guest information are accurate.
• Handle guest communications before, during, and after stays; resolve issues quickly.
• Coordinate housekeeping schedules and property preparation.
• Oversee maintenance, laundry, pool, garden, and other outsourced services.
• Communicate with villa owners about operations and updates.
• Use StayOps SOPs and help identify procedural gaps.

Job description

As the Operations Leader, you will be at the center of StayOps' daily operations. You will coordinate between guests, property owners, housekeeping teams, maintenance providers, vendors, and third‑party platforms to make sure everything runs smoothly. This is a hands‑on role for someone who can take initiative, solve problems, lead people when necessary, and make sure things get done.

Key responsibilities

Manage and monitor reservations through platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, Airbnb, Booking.com, and similar systems

Ensure calendars, availability, guest information, and property information are accurate

Handle guest communication before, during, and after their stay and resolve operational issues quickly and professionally

Coordinate cleaning and housekeeping schedules and ensure properties are properly cleaned and prepared before guest arrival

Coordinate maintenance, laundry, pool, garden, transportation, and other outsourced services

Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance personnel, contractors, and other service providers

Communicate with villa and property owners regarding operational matters and provide updates regarding property conditions, maintenance, and guest feedback

Work with property management systems such as Guesty, Hostaway, or similar platforms

Take ownership of daily operational challenges and act quickly when unexpected issues occur

Follow existing StayOps SOPs and operational standards and help identify gaps in existing procedures

About you

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, villa management, hotel operations, short‑term rentals, reservations, or a similar field

Experience with PMS platforms such as Guesty, Hostaway, or equivalent

Experience with Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, or other OTA platforms is an advantage

Understanding of housekeeping, maintenance, and property operations

Strong communication and coordination skills

Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Highly organized and detail‑oriented

Strong problem‑solving ability

Able to work independently and take ownership

Comfortable coordinating multiple properties and operational tasks simultaneously
