Job summary

Balinest Villa Management seeks an experienced Villa Operations Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational teams in Bali. You will ensure villas meet standards before guest arrivals, coordinate with technicians and vendors, and drive timely problem resolution.

The role requires 2–3 years in villa/hospitality operations, strong leadership, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in villa management, hotel operations, hospitality, or a similar position.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of housekeeping, maintenance, and general villa operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to coordinate and work effectively with different teams and vendors.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Familiar with the Canggu area is an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure and handle multiple operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections of villas to ensure cleanliness, quality, facilities, and overall condition meet company standards.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping, maintenance, and other operational teams.
• Monitor villa readiness before guest arrivals and ensure all issues are resolved promptly.
• Follow up on maintenance issues and coordinate with technicians and external vendors when required.
• Ensure housekeeping and maintenance tasks are completed properly and on schedule.
• Monitor inventory and ensure sufficient supplies are available for daily villa operations.
• Handle operational issues and coordinate with the relevant departments to find effective solutions.
• Prepare and submit regular inspection and operational reports.
• Maintain good communication with the Operations Manager and other team members.
• Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are consistently followed.
• Assist in handling guest requests or complaints related to villa operations when necessary.
