AYANA Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Human Resources Manager to support the HR Manager across recruitment, training, employee relations, and performance management. You will help implement policies, ensure compliance with labor laws, and foster a positive work environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, integrity, and attention to detail, with 2–4 years HR experience, preferably in hospitality. Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience: 2-4 years in HR, hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Assist in developing training programs and materials to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Handle employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues promptly.
• Monitor performance management processes and provide guidance where needed.
• Contribute to HR policies and procedures development and compliance.
