Job summary

PT Karang Mas Sejahtera seeks a Corporate Human Resources Assistant Manager to support the HR Manager in recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role also involves HR policy implementation and maintaining HR systems in a hospitality-focused environment in Bali.

The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in hospitality.
Experience developing and managing employee programs (engagement, development, training, recruitment).
Thorough understanding of HR practices, policies and employment laws.
Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with managers, employees, and external stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to work at Jimbaran, Bali.

Responsibilities

Support HR Manager in recruitment activities and collaboration with hiring managers.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and development programs.
Help implement and administer HR policy and programs.
Provide HR support for employee relations and disciplinary actions in compliance with laws.
Assist with HR training for managers and staff.
Maintain HR systems and data accuracy while ensuring privacy compliance.
