Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or Business.
• 3–5 years B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment or power systems.
• Experience with utility companies, EPC contractors, or large industrial customers.
• English proficiency required.
• Experience with tenders and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities in the power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining, and oil & gas sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and project stakeholders.
• Deliver technical presentations and prepare commercial proposals.
• Monitor tenders and procurements related to power transmission projects.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and project management teams for successful execution.
• Support tender submissions, contracts, and post-sales activities.
• Conduct regular customer visits, site meetings, and industry networking.
