Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia in Jakarta is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive business growth for high‑voltage electrical equipment. You will identify opportunities, present technical solutions, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project handover.

You will collaborate with engineering, project and production teams and build relationships with utility companies, EPCs, and industrial clients while ensuring project success and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering or business field.
3–5 years of B2B sales or sales engineering in electrical equipment manufacturing.
Experience with utility companies, EPCs, or large industrial customers.
Professional working proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities and expand sales within power, utilities, EPC, industrial, mining and oil & gas sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and project stakeholders.
Deliver technical presentations, prepare commercial proposals, and recommend electrical equipment solutions.
Monitor project pipelines, tender opportunities and procurement activities related to power transmission.
