Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of healthcare management experience, ideally with exposure to both clinic and hospital environments.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems (e.g., SIMETRIS).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and crisis-management abilities.
• Analytical mindset for budget management and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize workflows between outpatient departments and inpatient wards to ensure smooth patient transitions and admissions.
• Monitor bed availability, manage inpatient discharge timelines, and optimize outpatient scheduling to minimize patient wait times.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for daily operational bottlenecks, patient grievances, or scheduling conflicts.
• Oversee staffing schedules, ensuring appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios and administrative coverage in all zones.
• Conduct performance evaluations, mentor team leads, and implement continuous education programs for clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Foster a collaborative, high-morale working environment to reduce staff burnout and turnover.
• Develop, monitor, and manage annual operational budgets for both sectors, controlling labor costs and overhead expenditures.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels for medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, and equipment, preventing shortages while minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with billing and coding departments to ensure accurate documentation and maximize reimbursement rates from insurance providers.
• Ensure operations strictly adhere to local health regulations, hospital policies, and accreditation standards.
