Job summary

Monroe Consulting Group, partnering with a leading healthcare organisation in Indonesia, invites applications for the Medical Services Division Head. You will lead the hospital's medical services, setting strategy, overseeing operations across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services, and ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical governance.

You will drive physician engagement, collaborate with hospital leadership, and ensure compliance with accreditation and BPJS/private patient

Qualifications

• Medical degree with hospital management experience.
• Proven track record in Medical Services, Clinical Operations or equivalent leadership role.
• Experience in Type C general hospitals or higher is preferred.
• Exposure to BPJS and private/non-BPJS patient populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the hospital's Medical Services function across inpatient, outpatient and emergency services.
• Build relationships with specialist physicians and coordinate multidisciplinary clinical stakeholders.
• Monitor performance, utilization and quality of medical services.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership to ensure integrated, patient-centred service delivery.
• Support development of Centres of Excellence and clinical service growth.
• Ensure governance, patient safety, quality, accreditation and regulatory compliance.
• Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency and patient experience.
• Support initiatives serving mixed BPJS and private/non-BPJS patients.
