• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges.
• In-depth knowledge of hospital operations, including clinical and non-clinical areas, and experience with operational management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Operations Excellence Group Head HO on Front Office initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and drive change.
• Establish control processes to improve service delivery and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collect, analyze, and report patient feedback to guide service improvement initiatives.
