Responsibilities

• Supervise the front office team and ensure smooth daily operations during patient registration.
• Ensure accuracy of patient identity and administrative data entry.
• Oversee registration officers on duty and adherence to procedures.
• Handle patient and visitor complaints to maintain satisfaction.
• Provide guidance, training, and safety briefings to staff.
• Prepare reports on operational activities for supervisors and related parties.
• Support registration units to ensure continuity of patient services across the hospital.
