Job summary

PT Bangun Eksotis Nugraha in Badung, Bali, seeks a Front Office Manager fluent in Mandarin to oversee guest reception, check-in/out, and front desk operations. You will lead a diverse team, coordinate with housekeeping and F&B, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining data security and service standards.

This full-time role requires 3–5 years in front office management, strong Mandarin and English, and a track record of delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years' experience in front office management or hotel reception management.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese with strong English language skills.
• Experience supervising front office staff and coordinating with departments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all front office operations including reception, concierge services, and guest relations to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency whilst maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
• Communicate with Mandarin-speaking guests in their native language to provide personalised service and address enquiries and concerns
• Supervise and train front office staff, including receptionists and concierge personnel, to maintain service standards and consistency
• Coordinate with other departments including housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage to enhance overall guest experience
• Handle guest complaints and issues professionally and promptly, implementing effective solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Manage reservations systems, maintain accurate guest records, and ensure compliance with data protection protocols
• Monitor front office budgets, manage expenses, and identify opportunities for cost optimisation without compromising service quality
• Prepare reports on front office performance, guest feedback, and operational metrics for management review
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations throughout the front office area
