• Process check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative documents.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Keep reception area clean, organized and professional.
• Handle payments and process transactions securely.
• Provide information about facilities, services and local attractions.
• Schedule appointments for staff as required.
• Assist with administrative tasks and general office duties.
