Brunch Club Bali is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee daily bar operations, maintain high beverage quality, and elevate guest experiences. You will lead and train the bar team, manage costs, and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service.

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Bar Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar team and ensure high standards of service, beverage quality, and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and develop the bar team, including training, performance, grooming, and discipline.
Oversee daily bar operations and ensure all SOPs, service, hygiene, and quality standards are consistently followed.
Manage beverage inventory, par levels, stock transfers, wastage, and monthly stock counts.
Monitor beverage costs and support menu engineering to improve sales and profitability.
Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all beverages across the bar.
Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally and follow up on bar-related reviews.
Prepare and review bar reports, schedules, and operational requirements.
Coordinate with F&B, Kitchen, Purchasing, Finance, HR, Marketing, and other departments as required.
Support bar events, promotions, training, and new beverage initiatives.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Bar Manager / Bar Supervisor role.
Minimum 5 years of F&B experience.
Strong knowledge of beverages, spirits, and wine.
Good understanding of stock and cost control.
Strong leadership, communication, delegation, and team-building skills.
Good knowledge of hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.
Hands-on, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work flexible or extended hours when required.
