Bebek Disco in Yogyakarta is seeking an energetic bartender to join our bar team. You will prepare cocktails, mocktails, beer and wine, greet guests and tailor drinks to preferences.

Maintain a clean, sanitary work area, monitor stock, process payments, and ensure guests are served responsibly. Previous bar experience is preferred; a friendly attitude and teamwork are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience as bartender or in similar bar service.
• Ability to prepare cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of responsible service of alcohol.

A Bartender prepares and mixes ingredients such as spirits, liqueurs, juices, syrups, and garnishes to create cocktails, mocktails, beer, or wine.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and mix ingredients such as spirits, liqueurs, juices, syrups, and garnishes to make cocktails, mocktails, beer, or wine

Greet guests warmly, listen to preferences, provide menu recommendations, and create a pleasant atmosphere

Clean mixing equipment such as shakers and glasses and ensure the bar counter remains hygienic and tidy

Check availability of raw materials, record inventory that is depleted, and report restocking needs to management

Handle customer payment transactions using cash register or POS (Point of Sales) systems

Verify legal age of customers for alcoholic beverages and know when to stop serving intoxicated guests
