Job summary

Cahaya Jakarta Group, a leading Indonesian labeling and packaging manufacturer, is seeking an HR Operations professional to join our team in Cikarang. You will manage personnel administration, maintain HRIS data, and ensure payroll accuracy in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a minimum of a D3/S1 in HR or related fields and at least 4 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and benefits. You will work with BPJS programs and labor regulations, leveraging advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum a D3/S1 in HR Management, Management, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Personnel, Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• Manufacturing experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage employee personnel administration, including employee data, movement, attendance, leave, employment status, and related employment documents.
• Maintain accurate employee data in the HRIS, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, data changes, and related documentation.
• Verify and reconcile attendance, overtime, payroll, and PPh 21 data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Handle PKWT administration, contract extensions, employee status changes, and other employment-related documentation.
• Prepare HR and Compensation & Benefit reports and analyze relevant data using Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure personnel and Compensation & Benefit processes comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
• Identify discrepancies, risks, and issues in Human Capital Service processes and escalate significant matters to the Department Head.
• Coordinate with HCBP, Finance/Tax, BPJS, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure effective and accurate Human Capital Service processes.
• Identify and support process improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of Human Capital Service processes.
