PT Prodia Widyahusada Tbk is seeking an experienced Area HC & GA Manager to lead Human Capital and General Affairs across regional and branch offices. You will oversee HR, talent development, and facilities operations to ensure compliant and efficient service delivery.

Role requires multi-site leadership, strong knowledge of labor law, HSE standards, and the ability to coach and develop teams across the network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR & GA management experience across multi-site or branch networks.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, facility management, and HSE standards.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and operational management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Manage daily regional office functions and supervise branch office operations.
• Direct facility maintenance, asset management, HSE/K3 compliance, procurement, permits, and renovations.
• Supervise ME maintenance and technical teams for branches lacking ME supervision.

We are seeking an experienced Area HC & GA Manager to lead Human Capital and General Affairs operations across our regional and branch offices.

Key Responsibilities

• HR & Talent Development: Oversee workforce planning, performance evaluations, employee welfare, training, and team development.
• Branch & Office Operations: Manage daily regional office functions and supervise operational management across all branch offices.
• Facility & Asset Services: Direct facility maintenance, asset management, HSE/K3 compliance, routine procurement, permits, and renovation support.
• Mechanical & Electrical: Supervise building ME maintenance and technical teams for branches without dedicated ME supervisors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR & GA management experience (multi-site or branch network experience required).
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, facility management, and building HSE standards.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and operational management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, Management, or related field.
