Job summary

You will handle inquiries via WhatsApp, email, social channels, and phone, ensuring a smooth booking process and strong guest relationships. Responsibilities include coordinating property viewings, processing bookings and payments, and updating calendars.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in any field is required.
• English proficiency is mandatory for this role.
• Experience in hospitality or real estate is preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries across WhatsApp, social media, email, and phone with 15-minute response time.
• Promote available properties and reach out to prospective leads to generate bookings.
• Coordinate with villa manager for on-site visits and guest arrivals/departures.
• Process bookings, prepare agreements, and manage payments and calendars.
• Maintain an inquiry tracker and assist in marketing on social media and messaging platforms.
