Job summary

PT. Bondar Loyo Management Bali seeks a Front Desk Agent to handle all front desk operations at our property. You will manage reservations in the PMS, process payments, and provide accurate information about amenities and local attractions.

You will assist guests with requests, upsell services (transfer, catering, events, F&B), answer calls, maintain records, and keep the workspace clean and compliant with standards to protect the property's reputation.

Qualifications

• Be able to provide all Front Desk Agent operations.
• Processing reservation records in PMS.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Provide information about property amenities and local attractions.
• Assisting guests who request additional services.
• Up sale property services (including transfer, catering, F&B, events, etc).
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Processing customer payments.
• Maintain records and files.
• Keeping the work place neat, orderly, and sanitized at all times.
• Eliminate the possibility of property reputation detriment.
