Qualifikationen

• Strong written and spoken English for professional communication.
• Previous experience in reservations or a similar role is essential.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Familiarity with PMS (Opera/Opera Cloud) and channel managers.
• Knowledge of booking engines and distribution channels (SynXis, iHotelier).
• Understanding of basic revenue management concepts.
