Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla in Makassar invites a courteous waiter to join our dining team. You will welcome guests, take orders, and ensure dietary requests are clearly relayed to kitchen staff.

You will deliver meals professionally, maintain clean tables, handle payments with our POS system, and collaborate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping to provide exceptional service in a bustling hotel restaurant.

Formación

• Experience as waiter/server in a professional dining environment.
• Excellent customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills in fast-paced service.
• Team player with ability to collaborate across staff groups.
• Stamina to stand long hours and carry items safely.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests warmly, seat promptly, and present menus with recommendations.
• Take orders accurately, communicate dietary needs to kitchen and bar.
• Deliver orders efficiently, monitor table needs, offer assistance.
• Demonstrate menu knowledge, including ingredients and pairings.
• Clear and reset tables to service standards, keep dining area clean.
• Process payments using POS system, handling cash and cards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and housekeeping for smooth service.
