Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla is seeking an Executive Chef to lead and mentor a diverse kitchen brigade, delivering excellence across all services—from banqueting to à la carte. You will drive food cost control, maintain top-quality standards, and ensure strict food safety compliance.

Collaboration with Sales & Events and ongoing innovation will be key to ongoing success. The role requires hands-on leadership, a proven track record in 4-star hotels, and strong budgeting skills to sustain

Formación

Proven track record as Executive Chef in a 4-star hotel.
Exceptional leadership with ability to mentor large teams.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
Hands-on leadership style with strong operational presence.

Responsabilidades

Lead, mentor and inspire a large kitchen brigade, including stewarding, to deliver excellence.
Direct high-volume conference, banqueting and à la carte operations with precision and consistency.
Uphold exceptional standards of quality, presentation and consistency.
Drive food cost control to achieve budget targets.
Ensure full compliance with food safety and brand standards.
Partner with Sales & Events to deliver seamless, high-impact event experiences.
Contribute to strategic planning, innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
