Collaboration with Sales & Events and ongoing innovation will be key to ongoing success. The role requires hands-on leadership, a proven track record in 4-star hotels, and strong budgeting skills to sustain

• Proven track record as Executive Chef in a 4-star hotel.
• Exceptional leadership with ability to mentor large teams.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong operational presence.
