Job summary

Accor's Novotel Makassar Grand Shayla is seeking a hands-on leader to drive the daily operations of the Restaurant & Gourmet Bar. You will inspire, coach and develop the F&B team to deliver memorable guest experiences and service excellence.

You will manage guest feedback, oversee beverage service, stock and costs, and collaborate with Kitchen and hotel teams to ensure seamless service. A true focus on guest satisfaction and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience leading a restaurant, coffee shop or Food & Beverage operation
• Strong leadership skills and a passion for developing people
• A genuine focus on guest experience and service excellence
• Strong knowledge of restaurant and beverage operations
• Commercial awareness and experience managing costs and budgets
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Experience with Opera
