Job summary

Desa Potato Head Bali is seeking a Service Center Officer to handle guest enquiries, coordinate reservations, and ensure timely follow-through on service requests across Desa. Reporting to the Service Center Supervisor, you will connect guests with the right teams and provide clear, timely support by phone and WhatsApp.

A major part of the role is making everyday arrangements easy for our guests, from booking a table to planning an activity during their stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or restaurant of a similar standard.
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, time management, and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest enquiries by phone and WhatsApp, coordinate reservations and service requests with clear, timely communication.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, service requests, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest needs and escalate urgent matters when required.
• Support upselling opportunities and provide excellent guest care throughout the stay.
