Job summary

Desa Potato Head Bali is seeking a Spa Receptionist to support the guest journey across our wellbeing experiences. Reporting to the Spa Manager, this guest-facing role brings warmth, organisation and genuine care to every interaction.

You will coordinate appointments, welcome guests, and ensure calm, thoughtful service from reservation to visit completion, while supporting therapists and the reception area in a high-volume, international setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in a spa, wellness or hospitality reception role.
• Knowledge of spa reservations, guest consultation, treatment scheduling and reception procedures.
• Experience processing cash, card and EDC payments, with confidence using Microsoft Office.
• Warm communication skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in wellbeing and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, support check-in and check-out, and provide clear information about available treatments and wellbeing experiences.
• Manage spa appointments, confirmations and treatment allocations to ensure the schedule runs smoothly.
• Process payments accurately, maintain daily records and complete end-of-day reports.
• Coordinate closely with therapists and supporting teams while keeping the reception and spa areas organised and welcoming.

We are looking for a Spa Receptionist to support the guest journey within our Wellbeing experience. Reporting to the Spa Manager, this is a guest-facing role for someone who brings warmth, organisation and genuine care to every interaction.

A major part of the role is creating a seamless experience from the moment guests make a reservation until they complete their visit. The Spa Receptionist will coordinate appointments, welcome and guide guests, support the spa team and ensure every detail feels calm, thoughtful and well organised.

What You'll Do
