You will shape service delivery from first cover to close, lead the team, enforce SOPs, and ensure profitability while upholding brand standards and sustainability commitments across the venue.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is advantageous.
• Experience with P&L, cost control and forecasting.
• Experience in training and developing a service team.
• Solid grounding in health, safety and food regulations.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.
• Resilience under pressure and proactive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance operations, profitability and guest-focused service.
• Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and staff efficiency.
• Develop and enforce SOPs for food handling, health and safety.
• Provide training and professional development to elevate service quality.
• Uphold brand standards and positive guest interactions at touchpoints.
• Monitor expenses, food costs and labor to protect profitability.
• Manage vendor contracts, ordering and quality control.
• Collaborate with marketing to boost brand awareness and guest engagement.
• Implement eco-friendly initiatives and reduce waste.
• Track performance and generate financial and operational reports.
