Job summary

Desa Potato Head Bali, part of the Potato Head Group, seeks a Service Center Officer to handle guest inquiries, coordinate reservations, and follow through on service requests across Desa. Reporting to the Service Center Supervisor, you will connect guests with the right teams and provide clear, timely support by phone and WhatsApp.

A major part of the role is making everyday arrangements easy for guests, from booking a table to planning an activity during their stay.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest services in hotel/restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication, multitasking and time management skills.
• Familiarity with guest service systems and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and guest concerns with clear, timely communication.
• Manage WhatsApp messages, reservations, and group bookings for F&B.
• Coordinate with departments to resolve guest needs and escalate urgent matters when required.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and resolutions.

About The Job

We are looking for a Service Center Officer to handle guest enquiries, coordinate reservations and follow through on service requests across Desa. Reporting to the Service Center Supervisor, you will connect guests with the right teams and provide clear, timely support by phone and WhatsApp.

A major part of the role is making everyday arrangements easy for our guests, from booking a table to planning an activity during their stay. The Service Center Officer will keep booking details accurate, respond to concerns with care and coordinate with departments to ensure requests are resolved.

What You'll Do

• Handle incoming calls, guest concerns, service requests, and F&B reservations with clear and timely communication
• Manage WhatsApp messages, guest activity reservations, and F&B group bookings
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest needs and escalated urgent matters when required
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, reservations, service requests, and resolutions while supporting upselling opportunities

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent, with experience in a hotel or restaurant of a similar standard
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar roleStrong communication, multitasking, time management, and record-keeping skills
• Familiarity with guest service systems, CRM software, incident handling, and service coordination
