Job summary

Pontianak Marriott is seeking a Duty Manager to serve as the property Manager on Duty, overseeing all operations and ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service. This role represents management in guest and property issue resolution and guides guests within the lobby, while tracking service issues as Guest Relations Manager.

The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED with 1 year of related experience, and be prepared to support ongoing operational goals and standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 1 year experience in related professional area.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations.
• Handles guest relations and resolution of guest or property related situations.
• Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
• Sends copy of MOD report to all departments daily.
• Participates in investigation of employee and guest incidents.
• Ensures compliance with policies, standards and procedures.
• Leads hospitality and customer service excellence.
