Job summary

Impi Hotels invites dynamic hospitality professionals to join our founding Pre-Opening Team in Seminyak, Bali. This Front Office Daily Worker role focuses on delivering seamless guest experiences and coordinating with front desk, housekeeping and other departments.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries, arrange transportation and ensure the lobby and public areas are guest-ready with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with front desk, housekeeping and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests (transport, reservations, amenities).
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor throughout their stay.
