Job summary

Impi Hotels invites dynamic hospitality professionals to join our founding Pre-Opening Team in Seminyak, Bali. This Front Office Daily Worker role focuses on delivering seamless guest experiences and coordinating with front desk, housekeeping and other departments.

You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, respond to inquiries, arrange transportation and ensure the lobby and public areas are guest-ready with a friendly and professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused hospitality mindset.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Descriptions

• Work closely with the front desk, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries or requests, such as arranging transportation, booking reservations, or providing additional amenities.
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional demeanor throughout their stay.
• Ensure the lobby and public areas are clean, organized, and guest-ready.

Requirements

• Must be proficient in, and have hands-on experience with, the VHP (Visual Hotel Program) system.
• Honest, highly disciplined, committed, and hardworking.
• A positive attitude, with a willingness to listen to and follow instructions from supervisors.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same position at a star-rated hotel (pre-opening experience is an advantage).
• Minimum Vocational High School (SMK) or Diploma graduate in Hospitality/Tourism.
• Good communication skills and fluent English (proficiency in other foreign languages is an advantage).
• Attractive, neat, and friendly appearance, with a strong guest service orientation.
• Based in Bali (preferably in the Badung/Denpasar area).
