Qualifications

• Experience in sales or admin is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential B2B clients.
• Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.
• Follow up with leads and schedule client meetings.
• Maintain accurate sales pipelines and CRM records.
• Help manage Instagram, TikTok and Facebook accounts.
• Create content using Canva and CapCut.
• Schedule posts and respond to basic enquiries.
• Support TikTok marketing campaigns and content research.
• Manage client communications and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and simple reports.
• Update spreadsheets and customer records.
• Coordinate daily tasks and deadlines.
