Job summary

PT BAS Technology Indonesia is seeking a Sales Development professional to identify and engage potential customers, execute sales strategies, and manage post-sale support. You will coordinate payments and maintain strong customer relationships to reduce risk and boost satisfaction.

You will proactively reach out through calls, social channels, and events; qualify leads, tailor simple proposals, and negotiate terms while ensuring timely follow-up and accurate CRM records.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead generation and prospecting to build a healthy pipeline.
• Ability to draft simple proposals or quotations aligned with customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek target customers via phone, social media, events, and cold calling.
• Initiate first contact to assess needs and purchasing power; qualify leads.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and report insights.
• Present product features and benefits using FAB principles.
• Customize simple cooperation proposals based on customer needs.
• Negotiate terms including price, payment methods, and delivery times.
• Draft or review sales contracts and obtain internal approvals.
• Record customer data and interactions in a CRM system.
• Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and product usage.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and manage after-sales support.
• Track payment progress to ensure timely settlements.
• Relay customer needs and post-sales issues to technical/support teams.
