Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a sales administration and business development professional to manage sales processes, relationships with customers, and promotional activities. The role includes handling quotes, invoices, data, and supporting the sales cycle from inquiry to close.

You will also seek new prospects, respond to inquiries, coordinate with the technical team for surveys, and assist with social media and promo materials.

Qualifications

• Minimum education SMA/SMK; D3/S1 is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or sales administration preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Canva skills are a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organised, communicative, and able to work independently.
• Comfortable contacting prospects, following up, and working towards targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales administration including quotations, invoices, order summaries, and customer data.
• Actively seek new customer prospects and sales opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, telephone, and email.
• Follow up on quotations and support the sales process through to closing.
• Schedule meetings and surveys with the technical team.
• Assist with managing social media and creating simple promotional materials.
• Prepare reports on sales activities and prospect development.
