You will assist in updating trackers, preparing meeting materials, and engaging prospects via LinkedIn and email, with guidance from playbooks.

Strong English and Bahasa Indonesia written communication, plus basic Google Sheets/Excel skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Final-year active students or fresh graduates (D3 / S1 from any major).
• Strong interest in B2B sales, growth marketing, or business development.
• Detail-oriented with basic data processing skills in Google Sheets/Excel.
• Strong and professional written communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English).
• Familiarity with navigating professional platforms like LinkedIn.
• Proactive, eager to learn new skills, and high initiative.

Responsibilities

• Data Cleansing & CRM Hygiene: Maintain and update client databases, segment dormant/unqualified leads, and organize prospects for sales campaigns.
• Digital Outreach: Assist in executing initial outreach to potential clients via digital channels (LinkedIn / Email) adhering to playbooks.
• Sales Admin Support: Update pipeline statuses in trackers (Google Sheets / CRM) and assist in preparing client meeting materials.
