Job summary

Novarix Global Jakarta is seeking a highly capable IT professional to ensure that our systems and office IT setup operate flawlessly in Jakarta. The role demands zero-defect execution, proactive problem solving, and structured workflows.

You will deploy, integrate, and maintain software, manage CRM integration, and lead the technical setup of the office network and security. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of IT administration, systems administration, network infrastructure, CRM, or systems integration.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and maintain software and specialized management systems for all stakeholders.
• Build a digital funnel and integrate lead-generation landing pages into CRM.
• Lead end-to-end technical setup of office including network architecture, hardware procurement, Wi-Fi, printers and security systems.
• Establish data security protocols ensuring compliance with local and international privacy standards, implement access controls, backups, and data protection.
• Act as the primary contact for system outages and keep the business running 24/7.

This is a role for a highly capable IT professional who understands that technology is the backbone of sales and operations. You will ensure that our specialized systems and physical IT setup operate flawlessly. This position requires someone who thrives on structure, demands zero-defect execution in their code and systems, and brings a proactive, solution-oriented energy to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, integrate, and maintain software and specialized management systems for all stakeholders
• Build a digital funnel and integrate lead-generation landing pages directly into CRM
• Lead end-to-end technical setup of office including network architecture, hardware procurement, Wi-Fi, printers and security systems, ensuring the facility is operationally ready
• Establish data security protocols ensuring full compliance with local and international digital privacy standards, implement access controls, backups, and data protection
• Act as the immediate point of contact for any system outages and keep the business running smoothly 24/7

About you

• Proven track record in network administration, CRM integration and software deployment
• Test systems relentlessly before deploying them and look at how technology drives revenue and efficiency
• Embrace highly disciplined workflows and meticulously documented standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Full fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage)
• Work closely with leadership, participate in training sessions and continuously refine systems efficiency and user-friendliness
• Able to support critical IT issues outside normal working hours when required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5+ years of relevant experience in IT administration, systems administration, network infrastructure, CRM, or systems integration
• Experience with CRM platforms, APIs, webhooks, automation tools, and third-party integrations
• Experience with cloud-based applications
• Understanding of cybersecurity, data backup, disaster recovery, and access management
