English 1 Indonesia is a leading English education provider, with learning centers and teams across cities nationwide. The Marketing Coordinator will plan, coordinate, and execute online and offline marketing activities to support the center’s growth goals.

This role oversees school visits, community events, and ATL campaigns, while supervising content creation, social media, and digital ads. A 40-hour workweek is typical, with scheduling by the Center Director.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience.
• Experience in events management and social media campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Develop monthly and quarterly marketing plans and budgets.
• Coordinate online and offline campaigns, aligning with goals.
• Plan and oversee offline events and school partnerships.
• Manage ATL campaigns with external agencies and vendors.
• Track campaign timelines, budgets, ROI, and lead generation.
• Provide training and guidance to junior marketing staff.
