You will oversee daily operations, manage a talented team, and implement KPI-driven strategies while maintaining a safe, welcoming atmosphere in line with center SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in sales and marketing with target-driven results.
• Analytical mindset, data-driven decision making, and problem-solving.

Responsabilités

• Set and monitor KPIs with Regional Director and Central Support Team.
• Develop local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and enrolments.
• Oversee and support the sales team to achieve targets.
• Partner with Director of Studies to enhance academic quality and retention.
• Oversee daily center operations and ensure SOP compliance.
• Promote cross-department collaboration to optimise workflows.
• Maintain IT and records to meet standards and security.
