Ef Efekta English For Adults is seeking an experienced Activation Lead to oversee offline and online activation efforts in Jakarta. You will manage a team, plan programs across malls, universities, offices, and events, and ensure ROI targets are met.

Qualifications

• Minimum years in Marketing, Business Development, Partnership, or Activation.
• Experience leading a team.
• Strong networking with universities, government, brand, and corporate partners.
• Experienced in event marketing and offline activation.
• Proven track record as a sales or partnerships leader.
• Commercial mindset with ownership of revenue targets.
• Data-driven and able to measure marketing ROI.
• Capable of handling multiple accounts and priorities.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Offline & Online Activation team.
• Plan and execute activation programs in malls, offices, universities, community events and webinar with brand/Key Opinion Leader.
• Ensure activation targets and ROI are achieved.
• Lead project and timeline management and supervise activation marketing plan.
• Build strategic partnerships with universities, government institutions, corporate companies, brands, and communities.
• Create co-marketing campaigns and sponsorships to maximize student acquisition and brand awareness.
• Identify partnership opportunities for expansion into new cities.
• Develop and execute integrated activation strategies to generate qualified leads.
• Oversee all activation and partnership alignment with brand communications and campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide ROI reports.
• Manage activation budget for optimal resource allocation.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to drive student acquisition.
• Optimize lead conversion from activation activities into student enrollments.
• Collaborate with Telemarketing and Sales for alignment on objectives and lead quality.
• Oversee production and distribution of marketing materials.
• Develop SOPs for consistent execution and compliance.
• Create and supervise merchandising and stock management.
• Prepare regular business reviews and performance reports.
• Initiate CSR programs aligned with brand values.
• Organize educational events to strengthen PR and brand awareness.
• Build relationships with media and local stakeholders.
