Job summary

English 1 Indonesia is a leading English education provider with learning centers and teams across cities nationwide. The Center Director will lead overall operations, drive enrolment and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will work with the regional support team to uphold SOPs, monitor KPIs, and develop local marketing initiatives to grow the center. The role requires strong English communication, people leadership, and the ability to manage a multifaceted operation and a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Experience in sales and marketing with a track record of meeting targets.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a multifaceted operation.
• Ability to problem-solve and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Grow the center by setting and monitoring KPIs with the Regional Director and Central Support Team.
• Develop and execute local marketing initiatives to build brand awareness and attract new students.
• Oversee and support the sales team in achieving enrolment and revenue targets.
• Partner with the Director of Studies to enhance academic quality, student engagement, and retention.
• Manage daily center operations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, policies, and SOPs.
• Promote collaboration across departments to optimise workflows and productivity.
• Ensure IT and records meet standards and maintain a safe, welcoming environment.
• Recruit, onboard, and retain top talent; provide ongoing training and feedback.
• Monitor performance and align with center goals.
