You will ensure learner satisfaction through effective instruction, classroom management, and adherence to teaching standards, with responsibilities spanning course administration and tracking student progress.

The role requires collaboration with the Director of Studies, involvement in center events and marketing activities, and flexibility for onsite teaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Recognised TEFL certification or equivalent
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality English lessons following the centre curriculum and methodologies
• Prepare lesson materials and classroom equipment in advance
• Begin and end classes on time and be in class 5 minutes early
• Utilise audio/video materials and incorporate technology into lessons
• Monitor student progress, administer assessments, and maintain records
• Assist with center events and promotional activities
• Substitute for absent colleagues when necessary
• Support marketing initiatives and induction of new staff
• Keep teaching materials organized and in good condition
• Adhere to administrative procedures and policies
