Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience considered.
• Experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in B2B services.
• Experience leading a sales team and achieving targets.
• Experience in testing, inspection, certification or related technical services preferred.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to drive growth and achieve objectives.
• Lead, manage, and develop the sales team for effective execution.
• Manage pipeline, opportunities, forecasts, and conversion progress.
• Conduct regular pipeline and opportunity reviews to ensure follow-up.
• Identify and develop new business while strengthening key relationships.
• Support commercial opportunities, engagements, and negotiations as needed.
• Monitor market needs to support sales planning and development.
• Collaborate with operations, finance, and other functions to align commitments.
• Drive accountability, customer focus, and continuous improvement.
