Job summary

Collaborate with technical, operations, and marketing teams to align client needs with service offerings. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in direct B2B sales; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, Management, or related field
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in direct sales (B2B preferred)
• Proven experience in closing deals and achieving sales targets
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with working proficiency in English
• End-to-end sales cycle management
• Solution/consultative selling

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for certification services by developing new business and expanding accounts
• Manage the complete sales cycle and deliver agreed targets
• Maintain CRM discipline and provide professional handovers to operations
• Build territory and account plans aligned with business priorities
• Qualify prospects based on need, budget, timing, and fit
