Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or higher in Mechanical/Mechatronic or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years in sales, preferably to manufacturing/engineering sectors.
• Experience selling engineering software or services is a bonus.
• Solid understanding of end-to-end sales cycles and forecasting.
• Demonstrated success managing a sales pipeline and forecast.
• Willingness to learn; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, highly motivated, and able to work under pressure.
• Ownership of own transport is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Develop new accounts and service existing customers; expand product range in assigned territory.
• Ensure personal sales target is met and manage pipeline 3x target.
• Plan and organize sales activities; timely submission of reports.
• Forecast monthly/quarterly; maintain healthy sales funnel.
• Execute sales activities to ensure effective account management.
• Prepare sales reports as required by management.
