Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree (preferable)
• Minimum 4 years of experience, especially in Education Industry
• Experience handling a team would be preferred
• Working experience in a target-based sales environment
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Good written and verbal English skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong sales and service culture within the business
• Identify, develop and implement strategies to achieve business and revenue targets for the office
• Monitor results and initiate corrective action where required
• Collaborate with internal team to develop lead generation programs and ensure counselling capacity as per targets
• Lead and support team to improve sales productivity through CRM adoption, pipeline management, and conversion benchmarks
