Job summary

HeroPlay Indonesia is seeking a data-driven Subscription & Game Engagement Executive to monitor subscription performance, analyze gaming behavior across the HeroPlay ecosystem, and translate activity into actionable insights to improve discovery, engagement, and retention. You will collaborate with Marketing and Technical teams to optimize the catalog, feature games, and support campaigns.

A Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years in analytics or product operations are expected, with strong Excel/Sheets

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in product operations, business analysis, data analytics, subscription services, digital products, or gaming.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with analytics dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor subscription performance across HeroPlay Premium, HeroPlay Ultra, and other subscription products; identify trends in subscriptions, usage, and engagement.
• Analyze game popularity, play frequency, login activity, engagement metrics using dashboards and analytics tools.
• Identify trends in game usage and subscription behavior to improve engagement, retention, and value.
• Recommend catalogue optimization decisions based on performance data, budgets, and user preferences.
• Collaborate with Marketing to provide game insights for promotional campaigns, banners, and discovery initiatives.
• Work with Technical teams to improve game discovery, catalogue presentation, user journeys, and engagement features.
• Monitor subscription-related issues and coordinate with internal teams to support investigation and resolution.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports covering subscription performance, game usage, engagement trends, and recommendations for management.
