Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is advantageous
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in strategy consulting or related functions is preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English (Mandarin is a plus)
• Passionate about games and the gaming industry in Indonesia

Responsibilities

• Be involved in key functions of game publishing teams across product, revenue, marketing, community, esports, or payments
• Develop and implement business strategies; hands-on in operational work; align cross-functional teams; drive initiatives from planning to execution
• Manage projects, optimize workflows, and improve processes, resources, and collaboration for seamless execution
• Analyze key metrics, generate insights, and leverage data to enhance performance, efficiency, and business growth
