Job summary

PT Garena Indonesia seeks an Associate / Senior Associate, Game Operations (User Operations) in Jakarta to monitor and analyze server user trends, plan end-to-end campaigns, and manage in-game activations for updates and content releases. You will work with the Online Marketing Team to optimize ads, respond to live incidents, and perform market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.

A bachelor’s degree and strong analytical, communication, and project management skills are

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above in business, data analysis, or related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Creative thinker with passion for gaming and gamer psychology, especially in action/shooter games.
Familiarity with AI tools such as Codex and Claude and ability to develop workflows to improve efficiency.
Basic knowledge of SQL is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Monitor and analyze server user and gameplay trends to grow the player base and engagement.
Plan and execute end-to-end large-scale campaigns to engage players.
Manage in-game activations and promotions for updates and content releases.
Coordinate with Online Marketing to plan ads and review campaign performance.
Respond to live game incidents to maintain high service standards.
Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify growth opportunities.
